Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the impact nuts. The outer diameter is really a bit bigger - 12,1mm. I'm attaching a photo to the product. Mounting in a 12 mm hole is fine, the hole can be drilled even 13 mm, the best would be a 12.5 mm hole.
It is not written anywhere about free screws.

Diameter: 12.4 mm

These T-nuts have a diameter of 12.4 mm, so they do not fit into a 12 mm hole. The little screws are also not included. (Not like it says they are.) Apart from the size issue, they look okay: fortunately the inner diameter is M10.
