Perfect for finger strength training or warming up in a crag. Warm up on OkBoard prepares wrist for climbing and reduces the risk of injury. Can be used for one or two hands hanging, pull-ups and calisthenics. Holds are 20, 15, 10mm deep, 25 mm deep two-finger pockets, monos are cut through. Edges are well rounded and smooth for long productive training. Beginners may train on deeper holds and keep their feet on the ground while training. Advanced climbers can perform full hangs on smaller holds and one hand hangs. Not recommended for children under 18 years old.
