This edge insert excels when used with overcoming exercises, such as finger curls, but may be used in any hang or lift protocol.

Yielding Edge: Featuring a varied depth, height, and elevation for all four fingers as well as a subtle incut for feedback on maintaining grip position. This edge excels with yielding exercises, such as off the ground lifts or overhead pulldowns. Edge ranges 18-22mm depending on size chosen.
